What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We charge a $40 service fee for our appointments for our initial evaluation of the appointment. We waive that fee and only charge the amount for the work itself when you decide to proceed with our services!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

With all of our clients we require an in home evaluation with each appointment, we don’t offer quotes before arrival. We have found that giving prices for us is a disservice to our clients without being fully informed of the job, we cannot really give an accurate evaluation and pricing.

Rps Ribbs Premier Services Plumbing and Rooter is a 4th Generation plumbing company in the San Jose area.
