Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Pricing is upfront and no surprises. I'm not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
First figuring out exactly what they need/want, after I have an understanding I offer any recommendations or issues I might forsee and offer follow up recommendations. I'm very punctual and I enjoy what I do.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Uncle was a contractor I worked for him. (10+years ), 10 years plumbing full time, certified in both gas and water poly pipe installation (socket and butt fusion) Noritz and Navien tankless install and repair with continuous training, leak detections,

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Out of necessity, moved out here to take care of a sick relative after they passed I was pretty much homeless, didn't have my tools so no general contractor would hire me, took a shot with a plumbing company and it's probably the best thing that ever happened to me.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
You name it I've worked for them. everything from section 8, HUD and recovery houses to Multi-million dollar estates, I've done work for people with fixed and even no income to famous musicians and celebrities. I've worked with the most particular people and those who couldn't care less.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
The cheapest guy will usually give you the most expensive problems once he's gone. That doesn't mean the most expensive is giving the best work but someone who is charging what they are worth, fair, but know they deserve to make a living are usually the best bet. You usually find these people by word of mouth, and more often than not it sometimes may be a minute until they can get to you because they are in high demand.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Try to be as sure and clear about what it is you're looking for and want. If you're not sure don't be afraid to say so a pro will have the right questions to get you to that final answer.
