We’re competitive with our pricing and we also offer specials depending on the type of services and season. In addition to that, we are a flat rate company, therefore we never charge for labor.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We begin by gathering all the necessary and relevant information, such as who the homeowner is, what services they need, the address of the property, phone number, etc. In addition to that, Balanced Comfort offers a protection plan to ensure the customers safety and trust in our services. It also saves them a lot of time and money.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Most of our techs have worked in the industry for multiple years prior to coming over and offering their services to us here at Balanced Comfort

How did you get started doing this type of work?

In 2006 Aaron Husak started in residential energy efficiency working at a solar company in San Diego. Since that time he has been passionate about helping homeowners understand and reduce their monthly utility bills because He saw so many people getting solar installed without understanding why their bills were so high. Husak grew up in Sanger and saw a need to help his friends and neighbors with their home's comfort and energy efficiency. He returned to Fresno in 2012 to start Balanced Comfort and has been helping customers with air conditioning, heating, and ductwork challenges ever since.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve dealt with a variety of customers, some are difficult, others that are kind and understanding. Either way we provide the same positive experience.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Seek out a reliable and reputable company. Ensure that they are licensed and passionate about their work. Also, it might be helpful to check whether or not the company offers a warranty for their work, and if so, how long is it valid for.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should consider what services they need, what their budget is and determine their availability prior to reaching out.
