What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is based off the materials and job needs. I compare pricing online to make sure I am not overpriced and can be competitive.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

In home estimates are free. I like to talk through the project and make sure we both understand what you want done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I worked for a hospital for over 15 years as lead engineer. Learned most of my skills on the job and before hand helping family with home repairs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have always enjoyed working with tools and seeing what we can take apart and put back together and improve it.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked mainly with homeowners on various projects. I have helped realtors with finishing up projects to help list a home or finalize inspection repairs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently have been asked to install a lot of windows and doors. It's nice to see a old space transferred into something new.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you feel comfortable with the person your hiring. Passion and respect are incredibly important.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Make sure you know what you want done and have a budget in mind.
