What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All prices are for cash/check/zelle payments and include parts, labor, and tax. All card payments are subject to a 4% processing fee.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a licensed C-36 plumbing contractor and i have been doing this type of work for 15+ years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started doing water heaters many years ago at a company that we wont name and I worked there for a few years. I learned a lot, self taught. Then I was hired on at another company where i worked for quite few more years until i decided to start my own business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with 1000’s of customers so needless to say I have worked with every type of customer.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

How can i pick just one? I am fond of every one equally. Most projects are completed in one day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire a company that specializes in what you are looking for. A jack of all trades is a master of none. Larger companies have big overhead and that transfers into their pricing. Smaller hungry companies will often give a higher value install with the same quality parts for less. Make sure if you are getting bids for a job that you are comparing apples to apples. A lower price could translate into problems down the road if corners are cut. Know what you are paying for.

What's most important to me: quality, speed, cost, or something else? Understanding my priorities will help guide the professional's approach.
