What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I do free estimates, but I try my best not to give a price over the phone because there’s nothin to worse than hearing one price over the phone and then getting a different price when the plumber actually sees what’s going on.

Lots of communication, free estimates, and lots of jokes!

I started under a master plumber over seven years ago working seven days a week.

Honestly, we prefer to tackle jobs that other plumbers weren’t able to figure out. All of our plumbers chose this trade because of the puzzles.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Cheaper is usually never better, but be careful for those companies that charge twice as much as they should..

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Always ask about licensing and insurance coverage. Even the best plumbers can have accidents.
