We have upfront and flat rate pricing for most jobs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Well I want to get to know the customer and understand the home and their plumbing system. I want to show them we want to be the only plumber they call from this point on.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 10 years of on the job plumbing experience. I have a C-36 California State plumbing contractor license. I have ran multiple huge corporation plumbing companies in California and now I know exactly how I would like to run my company.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I played Football for over 15 years and after I needed to do something that I can help people and leave my son something of value well teaching him hard work and integrity.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Every single type of customer and looking forward to working with more!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have done over 50 residential sewer replacements from inside property to the street connections.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone you know is going to handle the issue long term not just give you the cheapest price.

Has the problem happen before? Who did they call before? How many times has it happen?
