Our pricing is upfront and flat rate. We provide discounts to senior citizens and military personnel.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After making the initial contact via phone or email, a Right Time Rooter technician makes an appointment to go the location. An assessment of the need is made, potential solutions are given then, pricing and length of time are discussed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

With my years of experience has given me the best possible training there is in the business. I have been training in some of the state of the art new products such as pipe bursting, to liners, to leak detection. I have successfully participated in seminars on customer service; personal development, leadership, and how to deal with clients that are upset and turn them into raving fans.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Due to family obligations, I no longer wanted to work nights. As I investigated, I saw a flyer with “ drain cleaning “ , on it. Within myself , I thought , “ I can do that !” That was best decision I ever made. I was able to meet my family obligations and move into a new career.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Over the past 30 years working in the industry, I have worked with all kinds of clients from professionals to stay at home moms and dads.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

After a recent referral, from a friend, I was able to to offer my services to a distressed client. I went to the house and after completing a service inspection, it was discovered that the whole downstairs plumbing was backed up. Upon further investigating, I discovered that the cast iron piping had corroded down to nothing. I put together a few options and the client chose what was best for their needs. After approximately two hours Right Time Rooter had completed the plumbing issues at left with a satisfied client.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The customer should know look for a licensed plumber that provides services to fit their needs. And most importantly, make sure a permit is in place and inspected by the city, if necessary.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

We believe that they should ask a few key questions: How long is the project going to take to complete? Would this solve my plumbing issue? Is this a permanent solution? They should also ask about all of the warranty’s being provided and have a clear understanding.
