I do provide 5% discounts for Senior, Military, First Responders

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I focus on residential and commercial water heater installation, service and repair. Customer makes initial contact. I request 3 pictures of existing water heater and I can give a very accurate quote from these pictures. We agree on a price and schedule a date/time for the work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Graduated in 2009 from UA Local 342 Plumbers, Pipe Fitters, Steam Fitters, Welders Union. Medical Gas Certified, UA Star Certification, ICC Plumber Inspector Certification. Water Heater Training -Bradford/White Academy Certification -A.O. Smith Certified Installer, Service and Repair -Noritz Certified Installer, Service and Repair Plumbing for a career since 1998.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’m a 2nd generation plumber. I tried college for 2 years. Realized that focusing on a this skilled trade would be the best path forward for my success.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types of customers from all walks of life. I am more and more surprised with how customers are becoming more educated in knowing which products are known for being the best and the worst.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

50 Gallon water heater installation. Total of 3.5 hrs onsite. 1.5 hrs in material pick up and disposal of old tank.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask questions of the contractor that would let you know how transparent they are.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Don’t be afraid to ask questions no matter how insignificant you think it maybe. You should feel comfortable with a contractor coming to your home to conduct a service.
