Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Pricing varies from project to project depending on Time, Location, the intensity of the work performed, how dangerous the work is, which service is actually used.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We offer new clients in person estimates or virtual estimates subject to change depending on situation. We also offer first time discounts by allowing them to post a honest review online for 10% off entire bill.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have worked in construction in the trades for many years. I have over a decades worth experience. Now in the last year I was able to focus on doing work for myself by launching my own plumbing business; All Drains Emergency Plumbing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started working after graduating highschool as a surveillance camera technician. That soon lead me to doing electrical work with Fortress Electric and RDB Construction and later with North Valley Mechanical doing HVAC. I ended up learning to sweat pipe and reroute copper and the rest of the plumbing basics with Ultimate Construction for a few years. Even later I eventually moved onto working on tractor tires and then found myself back pursuing plumbing at All Hours Plumbing and Drain Pros. I recently had the opportunity to start my own company and work for myself at All Drains Emergency Plumbing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with all types of customers. No discriminations.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Found Tree Roots in a Main Line Drain causing new clogs after snaking the line and getting the water to flow then checking the line with a video camera inspection and confirming the tree root intrusions. A hydrojet service was able to remove the tree roots and the family was able to use their house water fixtures again without fear of backup or clog. It’s a satisfying feeling when you get to help people through doing what you enjoy doing for a living.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would make sure they are able to provide a Video Camera Inspection after Snaking a Main Line Drain in order to double check if anything was causing you to become clogged like Tree Roots, Scale Build Up, or even Broken Pipes. Also make sure, if you need a Locate Service that, they are able to do that as well.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
If it is a drain clog make sure to be specific in details of which kind of drain is clogged and whether or not multiple drains are clogged at once, including toilet drains, tubs, showers, and sinks, indicating a main line clog.
