What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Receive the call, gathering an understanding of emergency or upgrade needed. Sending out one of our professional techs to get eyes on project. Tech then puts together a price, after signed with an agreement work will then be completed. All jobs will have a invoiced emailed to them, as we are a paperless company.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Field service tech and installer since 2009. Graduate of RSI, receiving certificate for EMT(Electro mechanical technology. EPA certified and a licensed holder in the state of Arizona.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My dad started his own company when I was a kid. Started off as a bag boy at 8 making 1 dollar an hour, following my dad around as he fixed and replaced AC and Heating equipment.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked primarily with residential home owners, have experience with some commercial.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently we installed a new 16 SEER RHEEM heatpump and a water heating system for a new home owner. We spent just over a day getting everything completed. Home owner is satisfied knowing his new equipment is efficient and feels secure having the warranties with it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find someone you can trust to do the right thing. Find someone who has experience in the field. Someone that doesn't know what their doing can really damage you system.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Home owner should be aware of their budget. Ask themselves if they believe what they have is worth fixing, or if they are ready to take the next step and put something new in.
