My wife and I and our team look forward to becoming a trusted local vendor in our community, helping provide local jobs, and servicing the Phoenix metro area's Plumbing and HVAC needs. We are a small family operation with the backbone of a strong national brand. We are proud to provide high quality service at a competitive rate. My background spans most aspects of construction, including most recently, gaining experience on the design side of construction in mechanical engineering, designing HVAC and Plumbing systems for buildings and homes all around The Valley. I have also worked on the owners side of construction, involved in small single family and multi-unit renovations. And my general degree in construction management allowed me to be involved on some prestigious projects in Chicago, ranging from $5m to $50m as well as experience managing smaller $50k to $250k projects. Our goal is to give you the BEST experience you have ever received from a service based business. We look forward to helping you with all home or business plumbing, drain cleaning, and heating and cooling needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We price by the job, not by the hour, so it’s important for one of our licensed technicians to be able to assess your problem in the home before providing any type of pricing for jobs. We will not up-charge services for nights, weekends, or holidays.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our goal is to make booking your appointment easy! Our friendly staff is ready to help you. We know your time is valuable so we want to make sure that you do not have to wait on us. So, prior to our arrival you will receive a text message from us that your 1-800-Plumber +Air professional is en route to your home. Prior to beginning any work, we will take the extra steps to protect your home. It is also important that when the work is complete, our work area is cleaner than when we found it. Our team will take great care of your home while working onsite.

1-800-Plumber +Air only utilizes licensed and highly trained technicians to come to your home or office to ensure that your job gets done right the first time.
