What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do charge a service fee of $89.00 that we waived if any work is done.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

call to set up appointment, call when we ate in our way up to a 30 minute notice. Assess the plumbing issue and talk to customer about the options they have to fix the issue.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 30 plus years experience, also got my masters license back in 1998

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always liked working with my hands, a friend of mine called me back in 1993 and asked if I wanted to come work with him and have been doing it every since then.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all kinds of customers, residential and light commercial. Mainly service work and remodels

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

just make sure that ypu are hiring a licensed professional, ask to see their license, if they are licensed they will be more than happy to show you. Plumbers are directly related to the health of you and your home

They shouldn't really need to think them through, we're here to answer all questions and educate customers about their plumb8ng issues.
