Dispute Mediation Service

Dispute Mediation Service (DMS) is a private, nonprofit organization that provides accessible, high-quality dispute resolution service such as mediation, conciliation, arbitration, and training for the people in Dallas County. DMS Mediators are community volunteers who are trained in communications skills and conflict resolution techniques. They have diverse backgrounds from which to help our clients develop realistic, workable solutions to their problems. DMS operates under a contract with the Dallas County Commissioners Court.
