Introduction

Jane’s Due Process, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2001. The organization’s mission is to ensure legal representation for pregnant minors in Texas. Jane’s Due Process is one of the few organizations in the country dedicated to pregnant teens and is considered a pioneer in delivering legal services to this group. The core of the JDP program is its statewide toll-free legal hotline and lawyer referral service.
