We are a small company that started in 2019 that wants to help people enjoy more time with friends and family. So the husband and wife duo decided to start a company to give time back to you. We are a family owned business based out of Green Bay, Wisconsin. Weather your looking for a lawn service or a home service you are guaranteed a service well done. We have a team that goes out for all services so we can get things done in a efficient timely fashion. We want our customers to be able to come home and enjoy the warming welcome of their yards or home while in it. We started this company so we can let families enjoy time more with family and friends instead of having to worry about the cleanliness around the home on days off. We are here to help, we want to treat your needs as if they were our own, let us help you enjoy your time off.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do have a little bit of a higher fee, for that reason is we have two house cleaners at all times so the timing in the home will not be as long, plus we offer discounts to reputable customers. Referring customers also get another discount on top of theirs for referring friends to the company.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to discuss over the phone about what our price could be, but I would rather try to be in the home so the customer can walk me through exactly what they want done, because some people confuse a deep clean to a standard clean so prices could vary and be a big difference in number. So with a better outcome of needs and wants from myself and my customers I prefer to do both over the phone and in person.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Business Management Associates Degree. With years of experience with working with more experienced cleaners I have learned a lot to saving time, but still getting work done correctly, to working with customers and guaranteeing their needs and wants meet.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started cleaning homes with my mother for our landlord when I was 12 years of age, we did this until I was about 21 years of age. I never let go of this type of work it is almost like a hobby for me now so have been working for hotels since I was 16 years of age. Now I wanted to start my own business to help renters, home owners and landlords save money and time on an affordable service, due to my mother and I are back in with the service ourselves, we know we are a good team to get the work done in a good time.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Landlords, Hotels, and commercial with that being said our customer walking away satisfied will always be our number one goal. If not we want to get the job done right so we will come back to guarantee the satisfaction.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If prices are different, take note that prices could be higher based on number of employee's to get the work done in a timely fashion. When booking the weather may also take a hit on the service.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Be prepared to discuss what exactly you are wanting done to your lawn or home.
