What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Standard pricing ranges from $35.00 on up, depending on the scope of work/ workers involved.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After the initial phone call, we will then come out to determine the scope of work and your budget. We will then provide a quote within 24-48 hours. Then work with our customer on a "start date". We require 50% deposit and the remainder, when the client is completely satisfied with our 'guaranteed" work on their project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Brian Hammad, has well over 20 years experience in home remodeling and project management. He is well verse in every aspect of your home, and has built a reputation and company on referrals. Brian graduated with a degree from the University of Utah in Sports Medicine, but later realized his passion was in home improvements and serving his clients to make their house. a home.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started this type of work, from the influence of my wife's company, jdmartindesign, a well over 25 year established full service design firm.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with ALL types of clients. Residential/Commercial. Small to large scale landscape construction projects, junk removal, construction clean up, to property maintenance, painting and detailed property inspections. I am not afraid to get my hands dirty!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I just recently finished a large project in a high rise in SLC, the HOA time restrictions were very tight, but we were able to complete the entire remodel in 3 months. I ran all the project management, construction clean up and housecleaning. While at the same time, oversaw 3 landscape jobs and 2 other property maintenance contracts, and helped with junk removal for clients.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check their referrals.
