What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is clear and transparent! We don't upcharge for specific pests. You shouldn't be penalized for having pests that are outside of your control.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Fairly easy and straight-forward! We hear out the issues you're having, communicate our method of action for how we address those pest issues and follow up to make sure you are happy with the results.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Monthly training and best practices are put into place to make sure we are up to date on the most effective methods in the industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We wanted to provide a better level of customer satisfaction that you normally wouldn't receive from a bigger chain or company. I recruited my brother to off and we've been living the dream ever since!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We will work with anyone! Renters, landlords, homeowners, BBQ enthusiasts and taco aficionados. You got bugs? We'll take care of them :)

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently helped a daycare center become pest-free. They had another company that wasn't delivering the results that they needed and called us to see if we can help. It's so great to see those little kids every month and be happy that they don't have bugs anymore during nap time or lunch hour.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Define for yourself if working with a bigger company is what you want or if a local, family owned business is more your style. As well as their pricing structure. We decided to start our own company because we were tired of being upcharged for every single pest. As well as never answering the phone or even being able to text. We can help!

I would definitely recommend what you're hoping to see and make sure that company communicates with you on their game plan.
