What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

about how much I charge from the yard however large but normally I charge 40 for veterans or adults and 45 for young people that I charge because the gas went up a lot

my process to work with a new client is to go to see the yard, make an estimate, talk to the client or send him a message and give him the price and if he agrees, then do the job as well as possible

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Well, I know a little English but I don't know much about cutting the grass.

I started working on this job with my brother 10 years ago

with all kinds of clients as long as they pay the cut there is no problem

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My most recent project was a yard where the grass was at the level of the fence. I went and cut it late about two hours, but in the end it came out well and the client was 😊

Well, I arrive, I look at the work and I send a txt to the client that each one wants it and how much it will be
