Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We are very proud of the work that we do, and all prices vary depending on what is required of us to do. We are fair in pricing and always strive to help our customers in any way we can.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
When we start communication with a new customer, I typically like to meet with them so they know who they are working with. I set up an appointment to meet and agree on what the scope of work would be and from that point on we follow with the maintenance visits, or the clean up appointments, etc.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We have over 15 years of experience in this industry and started venturing on our own about 5 years ago.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
We started this as a family owned and operated business and took over from my father 2 years ago.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have done all kinds of projects, working in residential properties, as well as commercial properties. We like to have a broad spectrum of clients and hopefully meet all of our clientele's needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We recently completed a xeriscape. This was done for an elderly couple who wanted to have an almost zero maintenance front yards. We met with them twice prior to starting this job to outline what was going to be done and from there received their approval and I was very proud of this particular job because in the end we were able to exceed their expectations.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would recommend to meet with the person you would be working with prior to starting any job and go from there.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What services will be included in the price agreed? How often do they recommend the job to be done? How long will it take for the job to be done? How soon can they start? Do they have a list of all the areas they cover, as far as other types of jobs needed?
