What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are considerate of persons with disabilities and senior. We are fair in our pricing. Always seeking a win-win situation. We do offer special discounts to customers who refer us. We believe word of mouth is the best advertisement.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Set a time to introduce myself. See what is expected and explain how we will get to that level of satisfaction.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I hold 35 years of doing this work. Also, my son brings to the table his horticulture work for a year at Disney and college knowledge.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When we moved to Florida, I bought a lawn service. My wife and my son both helped and we work together to make it resilient. My son eventually went off to the military and also to college. He received a degree in agronomy and soil science and life science from the university of Arkansas. So when we move to Tennessee, we started another long business and continue to offer the same type of services and experience here with our local community and surrounding neighbors.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have rental companies who we service their units. Several commercial accounts and numerous residential homes. We are able to provide any level of service. And if we cannot do it. We always are up front. The background of our customers are doctors, business executives, business owners and residential homeowners from home bound disabilities or blue collar workers. All of our customers are amazing and are part of the “Family”.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The removal of invasive species behind a residential house. It took approximately five hours to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for good communication. It makes the project or service go much smoother. Don’t look for the cheapest. Look for someone who values you and your expectations.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Expected budget. Platforms of payment. Proof of insurance. Which we can provide.
