Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We have a $35 minimum rate per cut no matter what size the yard. Prices increase based on yard size and amount of work and time needed to complete the Job. I will offer referral discounts to customers that help build our customer base and bring in new clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Contact through phone, text or email. Set up a time to come out and give a free quote. If service offers are accepted, we will then set up a Small business contract and payment schedule.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Been cutting grass since I was 12. When I was 18 I had a small Lawn care business I operated out of my 1998 Buick Century (lol). Got away for a while and now I’m back in it with more of a business mindset and looking to grow to a full landscape company one day. One lawn at a time!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
They’re all great !

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We are actually about to tackle our biggest job yet. And huge flower bed clean up and hedge trimming and laying some pine straw down. Excited for this project to get started

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Cheaper is not always better.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What their budget is. This will better assist the pro in knowing what would be the best bang for your buck. I am negotiable and always want every customer to be happy with our work but also have that leave of mind when it comes to expenses.
