From tending to your outdoor space alongside you, to creating/designing/planting and maintaining therapeutic gardens with you. Kae’s therapeutic garden sessions have aided in relieving the symptoms of her client’s mental health issues, including: grief, anxiety, depression, PTSD; and move toward general feelings of joy and well-being. MAKEspace Outdoors is a women-owned outdoor garden design and therapeutic gardening services. We offer sustainable outdoor care and tailored therapeutic gardening sessions if this is the path you’re wanting to explore. We utilize hand tools ONLY as we believe working with the natural world should be a slow, engaged process (without the noise). We are focused on implementing regenerative, permaculture-oriented, and mindful practices into our relationship with the outdoors.
