I am always open to negotiating a fair price for both parties. When a customer is unable to pay much for the service, I am committed to finding a solution. My priorities are the quality of service and customer satisfaction.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I prefer to conduct negotiations via text message to keep a clear record. I also like to visit the location to provide an accurate estimate. Alternatively, I can negotiate based on photos and information provided by the client.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I hold a degree in Administration and have experience in the field since 2009.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It all started a few years ago as a way to pay for my studies. Now, I continue to serve dear families and wonderful homes because I love what I do and take pride in the great results of my efforts. Today, we continue to serve homes with special and personalized care. As a local company, we provide differentiated attention to your needs.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We serve people of all income levels—high, medium, and low. Our services are available to everyone, including women, men, LGBTQ+ individuals, young people, and seniors.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My most recent project was the restorations of an abandoned garden in Bethel Park. This involved tearing down a garage, cutting down some trees, removing concrete and asphalt, clearing the earth, planting grass, creating a mulch bed, planting 16 plants, and building a patio path.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you are seeking exceptional or even satisfactory results, opting for professionals offering extremely low prices may not be the best choice. Such providers often deliver results that do not meet client expectations.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

It's crucial to determine whether the professional has a passion for their work. Equally important is understanding their perspective on the project; their insights can provide valuable perspective from within the industry.
