We are a small locally owned landscape company that focuses on detail above all else. Our number one goal is to service our customer’s landscaping needs any way we can, while offering the most reasonable price! We are licensed and insured.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer the most reasonable pricing per item compared to the competition. We typically price per item (I.e. per shrub, per yard of mulch, per tree etc.) We also offer broken up payment schedule options and work dates! As of 2022 we will be offering a 3% off cash discount.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We engage with the customer over phone or email to ensure the job is the right fit for them and us. If the job requires a detailed on-site evaluation, we will do a consultation on the property. The consultation will determine the final quote and work date. We are always flexible if the customer would like add ons or a new design. We believe in keeping a service oriented relationship with the customer always!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

On the job training, years of experience, customer service experience and education.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

From childhood, learning the basics of landscaping, and from then on doing more and more projects until we decided to create an official business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Mostly residential, home owners. We have worked for small business as well.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A small business front renovation that took 4 days. It had not seen maintenance for nearly 10 years. Getting to completely re-do the business front was an amazing experience and dramatically raised their curb appeal!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the company is a good fit for you. Make sure that they can communicate with you and reach your goals. Have a budget goal in mind, but be prepared to go a little bit over. Make sure the company can work with you on your budget!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is this something I don’t have time to do myself? Is this something that I’ve put off for too long but need it done? Am I going for a simple or complex design? Is there more I want done than what I initially thought? Will this project raise my property value?
