What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Not only are we competitive with pricing but the value of both how easy it is to work with us, and our communication process far exceeds other companies. We have new client specials that give a free lawn mowing when you sign up for the season by April

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We have a quick call together to make sure we understand and document what you are looking for. We give a quote right then using our satellite property measuring software. If we are a fit then you get an email to confirm our quote and we are good to go for the season.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My son and I started this business with neighbors 4 years ago. They loved it so much that we had expanded through word of mouth. Now my son and I control the quality of our partners with our own training and follow-through.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with homeowners and small business owners. All of our properties l are less than 10,000 square feet.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get your expectations upfront and confirmed in writing from the provider with an official quote. Make sure you have no risk with a satisfaction guarantee policy. We do both😊
