What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Lawns are priced based on size and obsticles needed to mow around and trim. Mulch is priced per yard. Spring and Fall cleanups are based on estimated time to complete job

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to respond to calls and texts within an hour. 90% of the time we can get out to you the same day for an estimate. Once meeting in person we discuss pricing and schedule.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Many years working in the lawn mowing/ landscaping industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Just love to be outside, love to make customers yards look great.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Ken Tool in Akron Ohio. Tore out existing landscaping and replaced. Working with the customer due to them needing a sidewalk replaced this project took about 3 weeks. We had a deadline and made that deadline. we currently mow their property and will be doing their snow removal as well.
