What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is always flexible based on the individual job demands. We will work with you to find an appropriate final quote and will waive any estimate fees if hired for the job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We are very detail oriented and in turn, want the customer's expectations met in all facets of a job. We will always have open communication with a new customer to make sure we are always on the same page.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I (Andrew) have been working in residential and commercial maintenance for over 10 years. Over this time, I have completed a variety of job types with much success and learned a thing or two along the way.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began this work in order to pay my way through school. Now, I am venturing out on my own.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with both Residential and Commercial customers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Comfortability and communication is the most important thing I personally look for as a customer...you can expect the same in return when you work with us.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

There is no detail too small! Measurements are always key. Any links to specific products wanted or to be installed are helpful as well.
