What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing with grass cutting is based on property square footage of the property, and grass length. Leaf clean ups are also square footage of property. Weeding process is based on time length of the project. Snow removal is based on property square footage.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Basically just understand what their needs are for their property care.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I don't have specific training, but I always educate myself with lawn care tips given by other experienced lawn care and landscaping professionals shown on You Tube and various DYI shows.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Basically as a young man I have always had a passion for lawn care. My grandfather introduced me to doing lawn care, and then it just became my everyday crave.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types off customers. I feel that I am a people person.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

All of my projects I am fond of, everyone always feels like the first one, and I do at least one property a day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Just always do research and compare the person you are going to hire.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I think that they should just always go off the visuals and ratings that they have.
