What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is project based. We are able to offer ballpark pricing over the phone, but typically need to see the project in person to give a fair estimate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Upon contact we like to schedule an in-person estimate to go over the scope of the project and start the quote process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

10 years in field experience, together with certifications pertaining to our field.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

This business was started out of high school and continued from there.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our larger projects was a complete backyard makeover consisting of a kitchen, covering, and paver patio. This project took over 12 weeks to complete start to finish.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

While price tends to be the number one deciding factor for most, it is important to consider the goal of the project upon hiring someone. Go with someone you feel good about, and with a company you feel will be there after the fact and the project is done.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask your professional if they have done the type of project you are looking to have done before, and if they have photos. If it is a significantly large project, ask for customer recommendations. Any reputable contractor should have at least one.
