$35.oo for full service weekly lawn maintenance. depending on proximity to existing clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I wanna hear what you expect your lawn to look like. So many people think it's impossible to get their lawn as green as the neighbors lawn. I can make it happen. I discuss watering habits, if watering at all. Making sure pets are safe at all times. Any issues that the customer was not happy about with previous service providers.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My entire working life ( 23 years) Running large crews when i was 18, with employees whom were much older. Worked for fertilizing companies. ( where licensing/classes were required) Working as a grunt/laborer on a hardscaping crew ( not fun) Operating dozers and loaders for a construction company part time Attending numerous trade shows, conventions, always staying up to date on new information and available equipment and products.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a child, taking care of my grand parents lawns. Always loved outdoor work, grateful to do what I love for a living.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Single family homeowners, to nationwide companies, handling their michigan based facilities. Apartments Condos HOA

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Consider length of time in business, people go out and buy a mower and consider themselves lawn care professionals. New lawn maintenance companies pop up and disappear on a monthly basis in southeast Michigan.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

1) Are you in our service area? westland, livonia, garden city, Novi 2) What is the backyard access? 3) Frequency of mowing? 4) Pets? 5) Just lawn maintenance or do I want my landscaping maintained as well? 6) Do i want someone fertilizing my lawn who sees my home every week, and knows every inch of the property or a big box company that only gets by once a month?
