What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

the prices we give based on photos can fluctuate when we actually arrive on site. but not to worry, we've never had to adjust it more than +/- $20. For full service lawn care it is cost effective for the customer to hire us at least bi-weekly during spring through fall. We provide discounts for referrals!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to provide estimates in person or at least via photos prior to confirming the job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

20 years experience in lawn care. Currently studying for MD certified fertilizer applicator license

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We are a couple that enjoyed landscaping so much that we wanted to do it more! We want to be able to connect with our community and make sure their outdoor home is taken care of whether it's lawn care, power washing, etc we are here to do our best every day.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All customers such as home owners, town house owners, renters, church owners, established or new home owners, Elderly, LGBTQ+. We are hired to provide a service and respect all types of customers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get multiple quotes and compare, as well as researching the company to make sure they are reliable and affordable.

Prior to talking to professionals about your project know your goals, budget and desired outcome. It can help us provide recommendations, designs, and provide the best possible customer service if we know these details.
