What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer 10% off to all first responders, military personal, and senior citizens. We are a company willing to negotiate with the client.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We offer a free estimate and do a walk through the property and discuss the clients needs and give recommendations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 10 years of experience of working doing landscaping and lawn care.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

During my high school and college years I would intern at big companies such as, Brightview and Ruppert and work during the summer to gain experience and pay my tuition.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers from various areas of the world. I've had customers who gave me the freedom to design their landscape design to customers who knew exactly what they wanted and were very particular on how things had to be done. I enjoy working with both customers!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently installed 14 tons of Delaware River Stone Rocks 1"-3" and we laid down commercial grade fabric and graded the terrain. I love the way it came out!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To always receive different quotes to see what the market price is in your area and make sure who ever you hire is licensed and insured. My best advice is to choice a company who is over communicate with their client and does final walkthroughs and address any issues right away to meet the clients expectations.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are they insured? Do they have any pictures of similar projects you are looking to have? Do they have any referrals you can contact to speak about their experience?
