Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
it's based solely if not mainly on material if needed. and little labor charge. but if they feel job is worth more, they are always welcome to give a little extra.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
we can either text, zoom, or chat over the phone. which ever is easier for the customer. then meet one day and go over the project so i know just what it is. the call or text gives you a visual picture sorta till I get there..once glanced over, i let them know when I can come out to start the job..if it's a big job, i always try to estimate either 1 day or how long it will take to do. i always try to be very accurate and percise.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
i have worked for many landscaping companies in the past. thought it was time for a change. I have 6 years of experience 9 if including the 3 years on thumbtack.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
i have always like doing some landscaping, house cleaning I love. Pop in the music(ear buds) and I'm off. it's a side passion of mine. i felt bad hearing how much people had to pay to get something nice. thought it was time to do something nice for the right or correct amount. we want to keep our limbs and clothes and not lose an arm paying for something nice.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
all types. nice, friendly, not so friendly, but for the most part, everyone has there degree of needs and wants and i always try to give what they want and ask for. i try and usually guarantee work. I stand by it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
always check the reviews..customers will let you know whether to hire or not hire a company based on work, performance, quality of work, and so much more.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
how much they want to spend. know your budget and if recurring, is there a discount on monthly rate.
