What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Nothing complicated. Every yard is different so pricing varies. I've gone and done estimates over the phone and through here but found that it's not fair to either of us. I try to do all estimates face to face and have an open dialogue.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I'd love to have a face to face meeting so we can meet and talk about their needs, expectations and budget. All three of those play an important and essential role in providing an accurate quote. I want you to walk away satisfied and excited to work together. if I'm not able to get a clear understanding then it makes the job more stressful and leads to an unhappy experience.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Most common of course is the weekly or bimonthly mowings. Second to that would be mulch. It seems mosquito treatments are picking up drastically.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I truly enjoy mowing and leaving properties with stripes. Striping a lawn really sets the pros from the amateurs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't be afraid to ask questions. I've recently heard some landscapers quote one price then upon completion change the price for higher amount.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

About me is I wish they would know that I'm truly trying to help, it's not a greed thing. During discussions as I inquire about past errors on the landscapers part or what they would like switched, its not to bash anyone but to ensure I meet your expectations. With the quality of work and even with giving a fair and honest price
