What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

communication is key/ the scope of the job will be discussed and understood before any work begins, assessment will be in person or via pictures

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I volunteered to assist in landscaping for regional building projects in Kentucky and gained valuable experience. I have and will continue to acquire helpful knowledge of new techniques being used in the industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was a truck driver for many years but did lawncare and landscaping on the side. I no longer drive a truck, so I will be doing lawncare and landscaping as my primary occupation.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Friends, family, and others also assisted as a volunteer in landscaping for regional building projects

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A homeowner wanted all the shrubs removed from the front of the house and new mulch put down, with the idea to redesign the landscape this spring after selecting the new shrubs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Good communication and understanding are key. Work will be done to the customer's satisfaction.
