We are a one stop shop for all of your outdoor needs. 🏠 Bryant’s Best Outdoor Services was founded by David, who worked over 7 years at local truck plant before deciding to pursue a true passion and start a business of his own. David has done lawn and landscape projects for over 15 years and is happy to finally be doing what he loves, while getting to lean on traditional American values like work-life balance. David's area of expertise is heavy equipment use and lawn care - he loves a good, clean edge! He has always identified the lawn-care industry as more of a hobby and passion than a typical "job" which we really believe helps speak to the rapid success of our business. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I work with wholesale distributors to offer you competitive pricing and I will always price my work fairly.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a new customer, I like to come out in person to see what I am working towards or gain photos from the customer to discuss next steps. I try my best to check my phone multiple times per day so that my communication is continuous and effortless.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I went to college in both Louisville, KY & Harrisburg, PA to obtain certifications in emergency medicine and paramedicine. I found the career rewarding, but ultimately it took time away from my family. I have cut lawns for over 15 years on the side, in addition to attending several seminars and classes highlighting landscaping.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always cared how green my grass is and how crisp my stripes are. Over time, I became interested in landscaping as a hobby with my life. Eventually, I started cutting lawns and picking up jobs part time but ultimately found I was successful enough to go full-time.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with customers from any and all backgrounds. I truly believe no matter what your background is, we can come to a mutual and fair understanding regarding your lawn!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently completed a landscaping job for a couple in the east end of Louisville where they allowed my wife and I to pick all of the plants with free range. I loved seeing what we put together! The customer was happy and we had fun doing it!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always be sure to communicate what you want, any obstacles there may be, and the budget you have in mind.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is my budget? What do I want to accomplish? How urgently do I want this to be completed? What is most important to be about this project?
