Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We understand that cost of a great landscaping or lawn care experience. Our team works very hard to deliver a great experience to our clients at the right price. We are no the cheapest or the most expensive. But we believe our quality, timeliness, attention to detail, and client communication is worth the extra few dollars you may pay over someone else. We treat each property like its our own and our clients truly enjoy the experience we deliver.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We try to keep things simple and stress free for our clients. However our communication standards set us apart from anyone else in the industry. We will begin the process with a quick phone call or video meeting to understand your needs. From there we will dive in and begin working on your design or estimate and send that over for approval. Depending on the size and scope of the project this could take a couple of days to a couple of weeks. However we are committed to turning our estimates around as quickly as possible for our clients. We ensure we communicate each step to the client from start to finish.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have a degree in business management. However I have spent many years working with the NTA on turf management and irrigation practices. Together we have worked to development and implement best practices throughout the industry to ensure our lawn and clients receive the best results possible.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I have always had a passion for working with my hands. My family owns a winery and I have spent much of my younger days helping in the fields. This inspired me to join the green space. I love seeing the before and after as our team completes our work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work will all clients residential and commercial small to large. Our ideal client is someone who wants a hands free/ stress free approach to there project and lawn care needs. We are the experts and you hired us for a reason. Our team can handle any project or property. We are a full service organization and can handle anything thrown at us allowing you time and relax and enjoy your lawn or landscaping space.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Our team takes pride in every project. We treat each property like it’s our own and take ownership from start to finish. No project or property is to big or to small.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Think about what pain points or stresses you have on your property and find the contractor that best resolves these for you. There are many options. Don’t settle the right one is a phone call away.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
I think the big things to think about are Why do I want this project done? What is my budget? Do I have a se time i need this project done by? These are usually the biggest obstacles to work through. Knowing exactly why you want the space redone such as family time, fixing a drainage or water issue, or an expanded fun space. With a defined why it makes the design process a lot more fun and we can really finetune the space to what you want and the budget you have in mind. The last one in my opinion is the most important and that is timing. Some projects can take anywhere from weeks to months depending on the size and scope. This could leave areas of your lawn or yard torn up for sometime. I always talk about this with clients to ensure any planned family events, parties, or other festivities will not be impacted as we work through the project.
