A&A is a local, family owned and operated business. We specialize in residential and commercial backflow testing and repair as well as sprinkler repair and maintenance and also offer a plethora of services to keep your lawn looking beautiful year round! During our off-peak months we are also now offering handyman and interior painting services to help keep your property looking pristine! Snow removal is being added to our services for Winter 2025! We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, quick response time, and thorough appointments. We focus on customer education to ensure top satisfaction. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically a customer reaches out to A&A by phone and we reply to set up a consultation. During the consultation we will discuss the scope of work with the homeowner and then proceed with agreed upon details.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Andrea's Dad owned Bob's Sprinkler Repair for 20 years. Andrea worked for her father for several years learning all about sprinkler repair and backflows. She obtained certification to test backflow devices. Andrea & Andrew started A&A Lawn and Sprinkler as a way to branch off of the family business.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our very first Thumbtack customer became a consistent weekly customer. We love going to her house and hearing her gardening dreams and bringing them to life! We painted her wrought iron fence last year which gave the backyard a facelift!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We hear all of the time that it is very hard to find a company that actually shows up and does the job and embodies excellent customer service. We pride ourselves on these areas, and would encourage any customer to not give up. Sometimes the small family operated companies are less expensive and have better customer service!
