Some services are taxable while others are not required to be taxed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to meet and greet, talk to them about their wants and needs. I share information about the property with them if I notice anything that could be of concern. I like to help customers navigate the most efficient and cost effective way of finding solutions and providing them with a quality result as well as providing before and after photos.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Corporate retail, Marketing management, and customer service allows me to find great customers and provide them quality service

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started this company with the intention of added flexibility and additional time to spend with my family rather than the corporate career I had for 13 years up to that point.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with many types of customers and I’m not satisfied until they are.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Pruning hedges, bushes, and trees for an elderly woman. She was very happy with the way everything looked and hired me for additional work. Only took a few hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask if they are insured and can prove it.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is the business insured. The customer needs to have a clear understanding of the steps involved in completing a project as well as a detailed explanation of what they would like completed as a project.
