What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The pricing always depends on what the customer needs. It could go up or stay low. For example, if a customer wants lawn mowing with no bagging the price could be $30 a week . On the other hand if he wants to add on bagging, weed control and trimming of bushes price could go up to $50 per week.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to find out what the customer needs so I can send them a quote and if the customer likes my price and the service that I can provide, then I like to meet in person so we can get to know each other and go over any questions or concerns.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have work in this industry since 2008 so I have the experiance needed to performe this type of work. All my equipment is commercial grade and most of all, I know how to operate this type of equipment.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Back in 2008 in the recesion I was working in the construction industry and I was layoff, so I had to look for a job in a different industry and a friend told me a bout an opening in this big Landscaping company. I applied and was able to get the job and I like the job and I've been doing this ever since.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with different customers when it comes to race or age. Everyone has their own particular way of getting their work done.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Late last year we were hire to do mulching in this big House in Oswigo IL . The problem was that the flower beds were full of weeds that were about 5 feet tall, so it was a challenge. At the end everything in the flower beds were clear off, edging was done and beautiful brown mulch was installed and everything came out great.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice for any person looking to hire a pro for Lawn Care is very simple. Find somebody with a reasonable price that can meet all your needs and most important, find someone that you feel comfortable with.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Always think about your budget and have planed out everything related to you project; from the the material that you prefer , the dates that you want this to be done.
