Thumbtack pricing may or may not include additional fees for additional work or services needed. We do not sneak in any hidden fees and will always keep our pricing transparent. We also do not charge additionally for anything that is firstly approved with you, our valued customer.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The journey begins when you contact our company regarding your service in mind. First, we start by collecting a small set of information to create your profile inquiry. Then we review and map your property coordinates remotely for service. When remote viewing is not optional, available, or preferred by you, we’ll typically require an on-site estimate. After your property review is complete, we'll then begin to construct your quote. Once your quote is ready, we’ll send it via the given email. Each estimate is delivered within 24-72 hrs from the initial property review. We include line items in every quote, so you can see what you’re paying for and what is included. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

When boarding each crew member, we require a mandatory training regime to ensure that all members are eligible to handle your service knowledgeably, keeping your convenience in mind.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our founder initially worked grooming precious high-end golf courses for years. From this, his experience and passion stem down through training all our hard-working team members. Various areas of skill, along with every piece of knowledge & technique, are taught to each Leaf Green crew member.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve work with diverse clientele from residential to commercial. From big to small, we’ve seen it all!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

As an industry provider, we are fond of doing specialty services such as sod installations, mulch installs, and more. We find that through specialty services, our teams work together within 1-4 day variations, in sync, to achieve the completion and accomplishment of making your service area a small piece of paradise. Teamwork is essential to our company culture. Each specialty project contains different sets of duration for completion tailored to the load of the tasks needed to be done.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don’t just hire anybody. Be careful with the providers looking to do a quick job without much thought, professionalism, or value. To us, it's more than just about the money. It's essential within our core culture to help relieve you from spending your precious time and energy exerting yourself doing the work you may not be eligible for or hold the burning desire to do.
