What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you reach out, we start with an initial consultation to understand your needs and assess your property. We provide a clear, upfront estimate and schedule the work at your convenience. Throughout the process, our team communicates openly, ensuring you know every step. Guided by our Christian values and military discipline, we deliver prompt, quality service from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team at Legacy Home Solutions brings a blend of specialized training and real-world experience to every project. Many of our professionals have received hands-on training in exterior maintenance, lawn care, and property restoration, while our foundation in military discipline ensures precision and reliability. Additionally, we continuously update our skills and certifications to stay current with industry standards, all while upholding our strong Christian values. This unique combination guarantees that you're receiving quality service built on expertise, commitment, and care.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Legacy Home Solutions began as a personal mission to bring the discipline and precision I honed during my military service—especially as a disabled veteran—into a field where quality and care truly matter. My journey started with a commitment to serving our community, and it soon evolved into a family business when my son joined to help run operations. His involvement not only brought fresh energy to the team but also inspired the name "Legacy," symbolizing our desire to build a lasting impact through honesty, dedication, and a deep-rooted commitment to family values.
What types of customers have you worked with?
At Legacy Home Solutions, we've had the privilege of serving a diverse range of customers—from residential homeowners who value a pristine, welcoming space to local businesses and property managers seeking reliable, high-quality service. Our clients include families, veterans, and community organizations, all of whom appreciate our commitment to precision, integrity, and personalized care. We take pride in building long-lasting relationships across every project we undertake.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One project we're particularly proud of involved helping a woman who had been taken advantage of by a previous landscaper. She was charged an exorbitant fee for a subpar job and felt intimidated into paying for work that left her garden in disarray. We stepped in and transformed her outdoor space into a beautiful, serene oasis she now loves—all in just four days and at a fraction of the cost. This project is a testament to our commitment to honest, compassionate service and restoring trust through quality workmanship.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When choosing a provider for your home's exterior care, I always advise you to look for honesty, reliability, and a genuine commitment to doing quality work. Don’t settle for vague promises—ask for clear, upfront estimates and talk about your specific needs. It’s important to find a team that listens, understands your vision, and treats your home like it’s their own. I believe in transparency, integrity, and a personal touch, values that have been the cornerstone of our own business. Ultimately, choose someone who not only has the expertise but also cares about building a lasting relationship with you.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Before meeting with a professional, it’s important to have a clear picture of your needs and expectations. Here are some questions to consider:
Scope and Vision: What exactly do you want to achieve? Are you focused on maintenance, improvement, or a complete transformation?
Budget: What is your budget, and have you set aside some flexibility for unexpected issues or upgrades?
Timeline: When do you need the project completed? Are there seasonal factors or personal deadlines?
Priorities: What are your must-haves versus nice-to-haves? Which elements are most important for your satisfaction?
Provider Qualifications: What questions will you ask about the provider’s experience, training, and past work? How do they handle challenges?
Communication: What level of communication do you expect throughout the project? Are you looking for regular updates?
References: Have you thought about asking for references or seeing past work to ensure their style matches your vision?
Reflecting on these points will help you find a partner who’s not just capable but truly aligned with your goals and values.
