What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing varies based on accessibility, volume of debris and green waste, scope of work, machinery needed, etc. Expect a higher price if plant material is overgrown, grass is more than 3", or there is limited accessibility to the work site. We provide a top notch product and do not cut corners and our pricing reflects that.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to ask a lot of questions up front about expectations, functionality and where the customer would like us to take the landscape. Efficient, clear and concise communication with the customer is our top priority. We understand that is imperative to establish healthy customer relationships in order to bring a landscape to life!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Georgia Certified Landscape Professional, NALP, and other professionals in the industry have trained our entire staff!

Our group of professionals have various backgrounds and beginnings!

We have worked with residential, commercial and industrial customers!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Residential cleanup that had not received adequate service in years. It took our team a full week to handle all of the leaves, branches and plant material but we finished and the customer was over the moon!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Remember that when comparing a quotes for a job, you may receive a quote that is significantly different in price. More than likely, it is a comparison of apples to oranges.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What are my expectations vs what is my budget? Mowing and blowing is significantly cheaper vs a turn-key landscape management package
