Make sure to pay after the work is completely done and your satisfied with it

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Their budget, time frame they want their project to be done. Lastly any obstacles the professional might run into like locked gates, sprinkles coming on, dogs in the backyard etc.
