I try to be as fair as I can while paying for our labor and equipment costs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I try my best to make the customer happy.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have had my restricted use chemical license in the past. I let the license lapse because after going through the training and tests and years of using noxious chemicals and concentrates, I realized using dangerous chemicals as herbicide, pesticide or fertilizer is just that, dangerous. Any problem a landowner faces can be handled with over the counter solutions, you just need to know where to look.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started landscaping when I was home from being a tour manager. My former mentor taught me some good tips and tricks but most importantly how to treat a customer with professionalism and respect.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with men and women, young and old, commercial and residential.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I saw a recent customer needed help cleaning up his backyard. Once it was completed he could actually see the pavers we revealed under the matted grass that had accumulated over the years.
