Meeting with the customer and understanding what is needed. Emailing the customer a detail estimate of what the job will cost.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Experience in heavy equipment operation etc.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working for a landscape company and a young age and wanted to do more than just mowing grass and installing mulch.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Know what you want and need. Be prepared to inform the laborer what you expect. Don’t be afraid to ask questions.
