We also use the best lawn, pest and termite products available. All of our technicians are GPS dispatched which enables us to give quick response time to your call for help. Royal Pest Services, Inc. has a satisfaction guarantee which states: If bugs come back, we will work at no additional charge. We service from Amelia Island/Fernandina to Palm Coast and everywhere in between. We love helping customers get their lawn and home back in shape. There is standard pricing for some services based on size of the particular property, because our services are customized to the individual clients needs, we will provide an Free, no obligation estimate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We prefer to personally meet with our new clients one on one, to consult with them so that we can customize a lawn care or pest control program that is specific to their needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Royal Pest Services is licensed to perform Lawn & Ornamental Care, Indoor Pest Control as well as Termite Protection. We have been providing quality lawn & pest control service since 1995.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in 1989 working for a national lawn care/pest control company. I worked every different position they had, and in 1995 felt that I wanted to provided a more personalized service for my clients, so I started Royal Pest Services.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Royal Pest Services has a very diverse client base. We have work with all kinds, individual homeowners, commercial businesses large and small.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Research the companies reviews on sites like Homeadvisor.com, Is the person that meets with professional and knowledgeable? Be sure that put everything in writing and back it up with a strong guarantee.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I would suggest they think through a few: How long has this company been in business? Are they licensed to apply pesticides safely? Do they offer a satisfaction guarantee? Are they willing to meet with me in person? Are they willing to put everything they do in writing? Will they give you references?
