Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Pricing is based on a quote after I look at the clients job. Sometimes it is based on an hourly rate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Phone or text to get some basic information about the project. Next would be a visit to the client to discuss the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Have been doing landscaping for over 10 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Started of growing plants and selling then at farmers market. Then started to do flowerbed makeovers.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I work with customers that have flowerbeds or lawns that they don't have the time to take care of or just want a change in the landscape. Customers might want to cleanup their yard and add curb appeal prior to putting their house on the market.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I worked at a clients house that in there front yard closest to the street they tried planting sod two times and failed. I tilled the area and planted various types of plants that added curb appeal. The area was also mulched to retain water to keep the plant moist.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Let me show you the work I have completed.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
How much do the want to spent to complete the project. Do they have a feel for what they want. What types of plants do they like. Do they have a time frame for the project.
