We offer flat rate per visit pricing for each maintenance service provided. We charge an hourly rate for a-la-carte, specialty projects such as tree trimming.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For a new customer, we provide a first time on-site assessment, diagnosis and full service for any of our services. Upon completion of this first time assessment, the new customer will receive a report for pool service and a before/after photo for lawn services.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A residential customer whom him and his wife suffered from an illness which enabled them to perform much physical activity; requested their pool to be maintained. Upon arrival to the property, we noticed the pool was not visible due to the overgrown trees which sprouted from the waterfall system. This pool service job, quickly turned into a tree trimming and pressure wash job. At completion, the pool was visible, the pool deck was back the life, and the waterfall flowed smoothly. This job took 3 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure to always ask, what is included in your service. You will be surprised by the number of answers you will receive for "Full Service."
